Description

i just finished my minor league career with the florida marlins and now am giving pitching lessons and training to anyone interested in becoming a better pitcher the lessons are an hour long and i charge $50. this is geared more to younger kids my new training is an hour to an hour and a half long and i charge $70. in this we go over pitching mechanics for about 20 min then i work you out the same was we did in the minor leagues and the same workouts all major league teams do. this would include ground balls, pfp's, pickoffs, abs, running etc. this is suggested for all high school kids trying to stay in shape for their season and off seasons. these are drills you do everyday in pro baseball and i am the only one who offers it to the public. as of now i dont have my own place yet to work out in so i have conducted all these workouts in a local park near you... hope to hear from you soon thanks just email me back at johnylew41@aol.com for any questions
