We are a shared office with 4 seperate desk's/zones and an equal amount of secure dry storage space. Everything is included in the monthly rent - HS commercial Internet, AC, elec., heat, etc. Everything is here and ready - desks, shelves, wall space, etc. just bring your gear and go (plus stuff you keep in storage - there's so much space you can get rid of any other storage you have and keep it local). $650 gets you 1/4 of the office and 1/4 of the storage. We are seeking one creative entrepreneur to fill our final space. You will have 24 hour access, do most of your work on the computer (and not too much on the phone - 20% phone work or thereabouts?). This will be a one year contract from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, to be reviewed/renewed same time next year.
