Young lawyer needed for flexible, part-time ($1200/wk to start) work at a Jewish Mediation center in Flatbush. Please be humble, intelligent, a non-smoker and have a firm grasp of Jewish customs. Strong people skills required, as you will be working with families in the middle of their divorce and custody battles. You must be able to be sensitive and soft-spoken when dealing with these highly emotional issues. Jewish candidates are preferred. Most cases are settled out of court. The center is prepared to make a sizable investment in your future, provided that you are willing to make a comparable investment of your time, hard work, and talent to our program. This is a long-term position. As we have recently relocated, part of your duties would entail aiding the Director in a grass-roots effort to increase our visibility in the community and build the client base.
