I am looking for a person who has a motorcycle license and is the owner of a scooter. I would like to be able to borrow their scooter just for my road test in Staten Island on Monday. It would be for myself and 2 friends and we would each pay the owner for their time and the rental of scooter for a very short time. Please contact me asap. Thank you so much....
