I've decided to use a 454 instead of reassambling this 383 so, if you can use it, go for it...Disassembled 4 bolt main GM 350 Marine Engine stroked to 383 (used 1 season). Numbers I found on the block as follows: 14093638; GM57lG D132D. Engine Block has been boiled and checked and is solid, bored .40 over. Steel Crank also in very good shape. Rods are fine as well. The following numbers are on the pistons; H859CP .40. Pistons may need rings otherwise in tact. I also have 95% of the other parts for this engine to make it copmlete including the oil pan, oil pump, cam shaft & lifters, marine intake manifold and carb, a pair of newly rebuilt (by Machine World) GM 1987-1995 1.94/1.5 w/ 76cc chambers cylinder heads available. $600 without intake manifold, carb & cylinder heads$750 without cylinder heads...$975 all...Email me for pics call me for info at 631 805-3647 and to make a reasonable offer for seperate parts.
